Ingredients

(~ 3 ounces) avocado
250
ml
(1 cup) almond milk
1
tsp
granulated sugar
3
medium mint leaves
drizzles of lime juice
¼
tsp
vanilla
50
ml
(~ ¼ cup) crushed ice
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and spoon out the avocado flesh.
Put all ingredients except ice in a large bowl and blender until smooth.
Add the crushed ice and blend.
Garnish with fresh fruits and serve cold.
Notes
Do not add more mint leaves as the mint flavour is quite dominant and could ruin the smoothie flavour.
