Combine honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Divide the mixture in half.
Marinate the shrimp in half the sauce for 30 minutes. Discard marinade.
Heat the frying pan over medium-high heat and sear shrimps on both sides until browned.
Add the remaining sauce and cook until the sauce gets thicker.
Spread the coriander and sauté quickly for about 30 seconds.
Transfer to a plate and serve warm with a bowl of plain rice.
